Welcome to the Greenville Sea Kayakers Meetup Group. Our purpose is to create an opportunity for paddlers of all skill levels to meet other paddlers for camaraderie, flat water paddling, and kayak instruction. Whether you are in a recreational, touring, or sea kayak, or an SUP, this is the place to be. Need some motivation or accountability to get your physical activity in each week? Want to get into a regular routine again after the holidays? Want to make some new friends to help with your health goals? Whatever level of fitness (or non-fitness) you are at, come join our walking club in association with Palmetto Health's program Healthy Palmetto. We'll be starting the club on Monday January 7th, meeting on the Lexington side of the Dam at 5:45.

We would like to invite people our age that want to stay active to join the group. Some of the events we would like to try and set up are Camping, boating, fishing, walks around the lake, taking photos, Cookouts, Parties, heading out somewhere for an evening of fun and finding holes in the wall for dinner.  We are setting up overnight trips as well as day trips.  The group has been up since July of 2012 and we are growing strong.  We look forward to your participation in attending these events.  …
